Oasis Terms and Conditions

  • Due to live booking options via internet, reservations are ONLY secured by proof of payment of the full amount on a ‘first paid, first booked” basis. We cannot be held responsible for loss of booking due to delayed payment.

  • Reservations are subject to acceptance of the registration disclaimer and “Cancellation policy” which is: The following notice period given, of cancellation, prior to check in date:
    – 26 days plus will receive a 90% refund
    – 16 to 25 days you will receive a 66% refund
    – 6 to 15 days you will receive a 33% refund
    – 0 to 5 days you will receive a 0% refund

    For direct bookings with The Oasis, within a minimum of 6 days prior to date of check in, you may elect to move the reservation to the future, subject to availability.

    Ensure that you are familiar with our policies as they are deemed accepted on receipt of payment / credit card details provided. The South African Consumer Act clearly states that full refunds are only applicable in the event of the customer’s death or certified hospitalisation.

  • Check In time: 12:00 – 20:30. Check Out time: 10:00 Early /late check-ins or check-outs are by prior arrangement only.

  • Short term stays and specific room requests are subject to changes at management’s discretion. Room upgrades will be free of charge and any other changes will be credited on check-out.

  • Smoking policy. As per law, all smoking is confined to the outside bedroom patios and gardens.

  • All our rooms have outdoor balconies or patios, please feel free to smoke outside.

Child Policy

  • Our swimming pool is unprotected

  • Therefore, we discourage children who are not swimming proof and will not be held liable for any injuries or accidents in connection with the swimming pool.
