Oasis Terms and Conditions
Due to live booking options via internet, reservations are ONLY secured by proof of payment of the full amount on a ‘first paid, first booked” basis. We cannot be held responsible for loss of booking due to delayed payment.
All guests checking into The Oasis, will need to present a valid form of identification on check-in (South African ID book, South African Driver’s License or International Passport).
For bookings made directly with The Oasis, the following cancelation policies apply:
Guests who cancel a direct booking made through The Oasis, may elect to move the existing booking towards a future date (subject to availability). However, only 80% of the value of the cancelled days may be taken across.
For guests who elect to be refunded, the following notice period and applicable refund rates apply:
– 26 days prior to check-in: 90% refund
– 16 to 25 days prior to check-in: 66% refund
– 15 days prior to check-in: 33% refund
– 0 to 5 prior to check-in: 0% refund
Ensure that you are familiar with our policies as they are deemed accepted on receipt of payment / credit card details provided.
The South African Consumer Act clearly states that full refunds are only applicable in the event of the customer’s death or certified hospitalisation.
Check In time: 12:00 – 20:30. Check Out time: 10:00
Early /late check-ins or check-outs are by prior arrangement only.
Short term stays and specific room requests are subject to changes at management’s discretion. Room upgrades will be free of charge and any other changes will be credited on check-out.
Smoking policy. As per law, all smoking is confined to the outside bedroom patios and gardens.
All our rooms have outdoor balconies or patios, please feel free to smoke outside.
